Majed Saad Al-Harbi and Aaron Eugene Craig are close friends and business partners since the late 1990s. Hasan Taleb Ali Al Kahteeri and Aaron Eugene Craig have been close friends since 2011 and business partners since 2013. The first cryptocurrency data center project which earned $2.2 million in bitcoin at the all-time highs of bitcoin in 2017 was managed and maintained by Aaron and Hasan. This was done with an investment of approximately $150,000 and in less than 5 years, the bitcoin mined peaked in value making the profit to cost ratio amazingly high.

The company is a research and development (R&D) and manufacturing corporation. The company has four blocks of intended future core business developments. The first two to three years will involve block 1 business activities.
- Block 1: running cryptocurrency-related data centers and master node-based cryptocurrency software in the proprietary developed and designed 2-phase liquid immersion cooling coefficient of improvement systems. This includes securing patents for the 2-phase liquid immersion cooling coefficient of performance improvement systems as well as using them in the expansion of the company’s data center operations.

For instance, many Unmanned Air Vehicle (UAV) designs and Electric Vehicle (EV) systems are powered by lithium-ion batteries; the company's special designed liquid cooling systems can be retrofitted on battery-powered vehicles as well as designed into modern battery-powered vehicles. Some benefits of these systems include: (a) extend lithium-ion battery operational life to nearly double. (b) reduce explosion and thermal runaway risks in high duty lithium-ion battery packs.
- Block 4: includes crypto mining server manufactured for using the company’s proprietary 2- phase liquid immersion cooling coefficient of performance improvement system, R&D on standalone cryptocurrency mining servers with an internal 2-phase liquid immersion cooling coefficient of performance improvement system designed into the unit, and obsolete air-cooled Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) cryptocurrency server 2-phase liquid cooling retrofitting.

CRYPTOMECHTECH INC.is currently developing the prototype for a 2-phase liquid immersion cooling coefficient of performance improvement system. The development of the system will be the backbone of the company’s success in the future blocks of its business development.
